For more tasty recipes, tips and product reviews please Subscribe: youtube.com/user/eateastindian Our facebook page: facebook.com/EatEastIndian Follow us on twitter: twitter.com/EatEastIndian Pinterest: pinterest.com/eateastindian Instagram: instagram.com/eateastindian Ingredients and Method 300 gms of chopped frozen Spinach 350 gms of Paneer oil for cooking 1 tsp each salt, chilli powder, turmeric, curry powder 1 tbsp each ginger- garlic 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 small chopped onion 1 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp mustard seeds Cilantro for garnish optional- 2 tbsp cream 1/2 tsp garam masala Method: 1. Fry cumin and mustard seeds in hot oil. 2. Add in onions, ginger , garlic after 30 secs. 3. Add in Paneer. Mix well. 4. Add in thawed spinach or microwaved spinach 5. Cook with curry powder for 4-5 mins 6. Add in tomato paste. Mix well and give another 2 mins before garnishing and serving. Optional to add cream on top for additional creamy taste.
